Sunday School Teachers Wanted
CUPC Christian Education Committee is looking for Sunday School teachers and assistants for the upcoming Sunday School year. We are growing and the need for Sunday School help is growing as well. Flexible teaching schedules can be arranged and the materials are easy to use. If you are interested in helping please contact the office or Pastor Anne. Thank you!
Sunday School Starting Soon
With all the challenges that Covid brings, none is felt more acutely than the pause in our Sunday School programs. We hole our kids and their families in our prayers every day and look forward to when we can learn together in person again.
Upcoming Sunday School Events
CUPC Youth
Sunday School and Youth Group
CUPC Offers an excellent Sunday School Program for children ages 3 through 6th grade. We have a unique curriculum that helps children to grow a strong foundation in their faith. The teachers are volunteer members of the church and have a vested interest in the overall growth of each child.
The Youth Group takes over after Sunday School covering our young adults from 7th grade through high school graduation. They focus more on faith building activities and learning how to follow God's path. The youth group meets weekly to share their faith and work on service activities. They also take part in ecumenical confirmation, Mission Trips and Presbyterian Gatherings.
CUPC is committed to each child from the beginning of their faith journey through their adult lives.
Nursery
We offer a Nursery from on Sunday Mornings during the Sunday School season for ages 5 and under.
VBS and Camp
Our Vacation Bible School is held together with Cornerstone United Methodist Church and St. Stephen Lutheran Church. It is available for ages 3 to those entering 7th grade. It's a great summer learning experience!
We also recommend summer camp at Clearwater Forest, by Deerwood, MN. Clearwater Forest allows children, adults, and families opportunities to grow in their faith while having a lot of fun!
CUPC works to assist members with funding.
